RANCHI: An area commander of the Tritiya Sammelan Prastuti Committee, Virendra Bhokta alias Satendra alias Bihar, was arrested from Huntergunj in Chatra dsitrict on Monday. Police said Bhokta was trying to extort money from a trader. “We seized a rifle and bullets from him,” a police said.
